Refund & Return Policy

 

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through Pippaloo, operated by MCC Commerce GmbH.

Our goal is to provide high-quality products and outstanding customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return and refund process as transparent and fair as possible.


Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Original tags must be attached (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for items that are used, worn, washed, damaged due to misuse, or returned outside the 60-day window.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@pippaloo.com within 60 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

All returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We only cover return shipping if:

  • The item arrived defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item is materially different from the product description

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Restocking Fee

If a return is sent back:

  • Without approval

  • Without a valid reason

  • Outside the 60-day return window

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken.
Damaged outer packaging alone (e.g., dented box) is not considered damage if the product itself is intact.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email support@pippaloo.com

  • Include clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items once opened or used

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Return the original item following the approved return process

  2. Place a new order separately


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Inspection may take up to 10 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Customers are responsible for any:

  • Foreign currency conversion fees

  • Exchange rate differences

  • Bank or payment processing fees

If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, please contact support@pippaloo.com.


Product Use & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with all instructions and guidelines provided.

Failure to follow usage instructions may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held liable. Refunds or replacements in such cases are issued at our sole discretion.

If you experience discomfort or issues while using a product, discontinue use immediately and contact us.


Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Events beyond our control
