International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Delivery Time: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

🚨 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@pippaloo.com with your order number and the correct address.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Pippaloo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order was insured or tracked, we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local post office before reaching out to us.
